Many things happened in the last week, finally, I went and got the ingredients for my upcoming perfume line and the samples for another product that I have been working on since last year.
Next, I have also started interviewing companies to hire in order to manage the multiple social media accounts that my brand currently has.

Check out Blitz Hair Care here.

The reason why I have decided on hiring a company to manage the social media accounts is that I am doing so many things at the moment and honestly I simply don’t have the time to manage the social media part of my business which is equally as important as upkeep as well.
Next, I need to start selling my products. I finally got a better idea of how I am going to tackle this issue and now the only thing that is left is for me to execute the plan.

Check out LazyBumSkincare.com for more information.

I have several products that I need to sell, including my plush toys line, and my skincare and hair care line. All these products I created while under lock and key last year.
I must admit, I excel in the creation part but when it comes to selling, I tend to procrastinate. The good news is that I’ve got my vigour back after interviewing this Malaysian businessman, Datuk Vinod Sekhar. In this podcast, he tells me how he first started his business as a 19-year-old lad while he was an international student in the US. A simple idea of inserting a university crest on a dress shirt with just a small capital of US$50 had snowballed into a US$20 million deal years later. He too went around with the sample and then finally got his first shot after a manager made a rather large order of 350 pieces and he was smart enough to even walk away with a 50 per cent deposit on his first big order. This is what they call good business acumen and the rest as they say is history. Please check the whole episode here.

At the same time I am also looking for investors for some of the ideas I started working on last year. Please see the picture and visit all the sites that I have listed here. The thing about me, once I have an idea in my head, I will have to flesh it out. I have a couple of more ideas within me that need to be fleshed out so please stay tuned.
