Phoenix Springs Release Announced

Calligram Studio has announced the release of their anticipated neo-noir mystery game, Phoenix Springs, set for September 16th on PC.
Featuring award-winning hand-drawn art and a compelling investigative narrative, Phoenix Springs is a modern point-and-click game where players collect clues and leads instead of physical objects.
The story follows reporter Iris Dormer as she reconnects with her estranged brother in Phoenix Springs, a desert oasis with an enigmatic community.
Players will solve logical puzzles and interrogate characters in fully voice-acted conversations to uncover the mysteries of the place, its myths, and Iris herself.
Phoenix Springs has garnered numerous accolades, including ‘Best Art Direction’ at Indie X Lisbon 2022 and ‘Best of British’ at the 2024 London Games Festival.
“Our small team is incredibly excited about releasing Phoenix Springs on September 16th,” said Jigmé Özer, Calligram Studio founder.
“It’s been really heartening to see everyone’s excitement for the game. We can’t wait for you all to get to dive into the mystery we’ve created!”

New Cozy Cartography Game

Pipapo Games has announced their new cozy cartography game, Map Map, which was showcased in a new trailer at Wholesome Direct.
The game invites players to embark on an adventure to find hidden treasure, exploring beautiful island environments and engaging in fun map-making mechanics.
As the crew’s cartographer, players will explore islands, filling in maps with ruins, landmarks, and key locations.
They will unlock new cartography tools to create more accurate maps and lead their crew to hidden treasures.
The game features unique characters, secret places, ancient ruins, and delightful animals, all discovered at the player’s own pace without pressure.
“Our small team is really excited to show Map Map to the world with our brand new trailer,” said Project Manager and Environment Artist Clara Müller. “We’re still mapping our way to release, but we hope you’ll follow us on our journey. We can’t wait to share more of the fun stuff we’re working on and the kind of cozy, pressure-free experience Map Map will deliver on release.”

Crossout War Begins

Gaijin Entertainment announces the release of the Ravagers Ascension update for the post-apocalyptic online action game Crossout.
This update introduces new car parts from the Ravagers faction, a trilogy of brawls against the Ravagers, a battle for uranium ore, and the new “Brotherhood Stronghold” map.
The new Battle Pass season, also called Ravagers Ascension, features 75 levels with rewards, including blueprints for new armored vehicle parts, resource containers, and cosmetic items.
Players can obtain unique items such as the ground drone “Fatum” and the “Morta” cannon.
The Ravager brawl trilogy consists of PvP battles where a small team of “infected” players faces off against a larger team of regular players.
The goal for the survivors is to reach the final point and complete tasks, while the Ravager team tries to infect them.
The “Brotherhood Stronghold” map is characterized by an impenetrable wall protecting survivors’ homes, with construction cranes and high-rise shelters providing cover for armored vehicles.
