Las Vegas, Jan 17: SYDRON airmobility, a pioneering company in the field of electric air taxis, made a significant impact at the CES Consumer Electronics Show held at The Venetian Convention & Expo Center.
Showcasing Poland’s first Electrical Vertical Take Off and Landing (eVTOL) aerotaxi, SYDRON eVTOL, the company marked its presence in the realm of short transportation.
This innovative concept was unveiled at the National Polish booth, organized by the Polish Investment & Trade Agency, underlining SYDRON’s dedication to leading the way in sustainable urban mobility.
The development of SYDRON’s first prototype is a collaborative effort involving engineers from Poland and Ukraine.
The eVTOL is multifaceted, designed for passenger transportation, heavy load transport, and emergency response activities. Its design and potential have garnered international attention, attracting recognition from prestigious entities like NASA, Altasea Port of Los Angeles, the Port of Barcelona, and the ecological organization 7th Generation Advisors.

SYDRON Model 2, the highlight of their fleet, is a two-person eVTOL with a Maximum Take-off Mass of 600 kg. It features eight coaxially arranged propellers, each about 1.5 meters in size, and can reach speeds of up to 90 km/h.
Although currently manually controlled, future versions are expected to include optional autonomous control for takeoff and landing, ultimately aiming for fully autonomous flight capabilities.
In a sector dominated by industry giants like Uber Elevate, Lilium, and Joby Aviation, SYDRON sets itself apart through technological innovation, sustainability, and a customer-centric approach. Its eVTOLs boast advanced battery technology with extended flight ranges and quicker charging times.
The company is also developing a hybrid battery solution combining hydrogen and electrical power to extend flying time up to an hour, enhancing service reliability and efficiency.

SYDRON’s commitment to sustainability is evident in its operation of fully electric eVTOLs with zero emissions. This aligns with the global demand for green transportation, positioning SYDRON as a leader in sustainable urban mobility.
Looking ahead, SYDRON focuses on fully autonomous flight, integrating advanced AI technologies to enhance safety and efficiency, thereby transforming the travel experience.
From its inception in 2022, SYDRON has emerged as a key player in the electric air taxi industry, driven by technological excellence, a steadfast commitment to sustainability, and a focus on customer needs. As SYDRON navigates the competitive landscape, its dedication to innovation establishes it as a leader in shaping the future of urban mobility, heralding a new era of sustainable and efficient transportation worldwide.
The presence of the Polish company’s national stand at CES 2024, organized by the Polish Investment and Trade Agency, marked a historic moment for Poland, showcasing the country’s commitment to fostering innovation and technological progress on a global stage.
