Now that the Malaysian government has been decided and formed, it is clear as day, as stated by Perikatan Nasional that we will be standing as the opposition to create stability in terms of the political state of our nation.
However, the big question is, how can we establish stability when Perikatan Nasional doesn’t necessarily have competent leaders to truly guide the members of the team and help raise the issues that the people are struggling with?
Therefore, the next biggest agenda from the opposition’s side would be picking the right leader to lead the political group and delivering the core messages we have for the country’s betterment.
This is an important aspect when it comes to strengthening the credibility that the opposition has, to offer help to the people.
Our country’s people must be able to depend on the opposition to ensure that issues such as poverty, neglect, and decreased financial aid from the government are heard and delivered to the parliament.
In comparison with the government’s leader, which is YAB Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, the opposition must also show the people that leaders from other countries are aware of the existence of the Perikatan Nasional’s leader. When the 10th prime minister of Malaysia was announced to the world, countries immediately tied to our country sent their wishes and hopes.
This shows the amount of credibility that our 10th Prime Minister holds in the public eye.
Even though we are the oppositions, one valuable take that from the leadership Anwar Ibrahim would be his reputation.
Ensuring that Malaysia has good connections internationally is a way to build our economic stability in the field of development.
Although it can be debated whether the individuals in Perikatan Nasional are well-known by the world, it is not too late to build a good reputation while we’re still in opposition right now.
This is why I believe that being in opposition is a great way to truly understand the structure of the politics of our country.
It works as a building block for us to start up what was lacking.
This also means that Perikatan Nasional could start ramping up its push toward a more international and mature type of political agenda to ensure that we cater to the needs and wants of the people of our country.
In my opinion, the leader that would lead Perikatan Nasional to a good start would be YB Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainuddin, who is the current Secretary General of our party.
His experiences in the ministry have been locally known as remarkable. It can be said that the way he does his work proves the quality that our party would need now to reassemble the distortion that exists from within.
Additionally, as said by Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, his retirement will happen soon, thus it is only logically that we start picking the right leader to lead us, and it is clear that Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainuddin is the perfect replacement.
A new dawn has begun and now we must work towards serving the people of our country.
The current leaders of our party must recognize that our main course of action is to create stability and give our best to our nation.
Electing the right opposition leader would be the first major step for our party to gloriously bloom and be better in terms of our delivery to this nation.
