Bringing Cloud Banking To Asia

Welcome to another episode of 30 minutes with DailyStraits.com. Today, we have a very special guest with us, Myles Bertrand – the Managing Director of Mambu Asia Pacific.
Launched in Berlin in 2011, Mambu is a global fintech and market-leading software as a service (SaaS) cloud banking platform with offices in Sydney and Singapore.
The company provides the ‘engine’ for banks to build digital finance products on, whether that is an entirely digital bank, or just a single digital product – all built in the cloud.
Among the things that would be discussed in this podcast are; what is open banking and how are Asians slowly warming up to the concept of cloud banking.
Also, if you haven’t already, do check out Myles’ write-up on “How Fintechs are Accelerating Islamic Finance,” which we published here.
