Logitech Unveils Father’s Day Tech Picks

Sydney, July 25: Logitech has curated a Father’s Day gift guide spanning productivity tools and gaming gear, aimed at upgrading dads’ work routines and post-work hobbies.
The lineup includes the Mobi Fold mouse ($129.95), which folds flat to fit in a bag or pocket before snapping open into an ergonomic mouse, paired with the portable Keys-To-Go 2 keyboard ($129.95) for working on the go. For sim racing enthusiasts, the Logitech G RS50 Race System ($1,199.95) offers a premium round steering wheel with a quick-release hub and improved responsiveness, which can be paired with the RS Pedals ($259.95).
Also featured is the Logitech G G512X 75 keyboard ($299.95), built for hot-swappable mechanical or rapid-trigger analog switches to suit both work and gaming setups, and the Logitech G ASTRO A50 headset ($599.95), which uses a PLAYSYNC base station to let users switch between PC, Xbox and PlayStation at the press of a button. Rounding out the guide is the MX Keys S keyboard ($229.95) and MX Master 4 mouse ($199.95) combo, designed for fast, quiet typing and haptic-feedback-driven workflow for the home office.
Sony Unveils New FX5 Cinema Camera
Sydney, July 25: Sony has introduced the FX5, a new full-frame camera in its Cinema Line series, equipped with a newly developed fully stacked CMOS image sensor offering over 15 stops of dynamic range, a Dual Gain Shooting mode and three base ISO settings.
Marking a first for the Cinema Line FX series, the camera supports Open Gate shooting and in-camera recording in X-OCN, Sony’s proprietary RAW format. It can shoot 5K at up to 60 frames per second, 4K at up to 120 frames per second and Full HD at up to 240 frames per second, combining the Cinema Line look and operability designed for production environments in a compact, portable body.
The launch includes two new optional accessories: a detachable OLED viewfinder and an XLR Handle enabling in-camera audio recording at up to 96 kHz, 32-bit float.
Cinematographer Claudio Miranda, ASC, known for “Top Gun: Maverick” and “F1 The Movie,” tested the FX5 and said: “I felt that FX5 is a camera that combines high quality image expression and mobility in a compact body, enabling people to use it across a wide range of shooting environments.” Director Gareth Edwards, who shot with the camera across Cambodia, Thailand and Nepal, said: “Guerrilla filmmaking just went to the next level, the FX5 is the run-and-gun cinema camera to beat.”

Eco-Shop Fan Wins World Cup Final Trip

Kuala Lumpur, July 25: Malaysian technology consultant Lew Yoong Kint, 39, watched Spain beat Argentina 1-0 in extra time to win the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Final live at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on 19 July, as grand prize winner of Eco-Shop’s Kita Punya Impian Dari Sorakan Jadi Pemenang! campaign with Visa.Lew, from Kuala Lumpur, was flown to the United States with a companion on a fully sponsored trip after entering the campaign through a routine purchase at an Eco-Shop outlet.
