Apple Doctor Goes Worldwide

Perth, May 6: An Australian health innovator who learned English by watching home shopping television as a child is preparing to launch his products to millions of Americans.
Dr Vincent Candrawinata, known as Dr Vincent, is the founder of Renovatio and Vincent, and is taking his Australian-developed wellness and skincare products into the United States through ShopLC, one of America’s major home shopping networks.
The primetime broadcast is expected to reach more than 70 million households, marking a major international step for the brand.
“I used to watch these programs to learn English growing up,” Dr Vincent said.
“To now be featured on one of the largest shopping channels in America is surreal.”
The opportunity followed Dr Vincent’s appearance at Natural Products Expo West 2026, held at the Anaheim Convention Center in California.
The event is one of the world’s largest natural and organic trade shows, attracting thousands of exhibitors and industry professionals from around the world.
Dr Vincent showcased his Renovatio range and his new US-focused skincare line, Vincent APSKIN, at the event.
While filming an Instagram Live, he met executives from ShopLC and was soon invited to present his products.
The US launch builds on Renovatio, which was founded in Australia in 2016 after Dr Vincent’s research into extracting and activating phenolics from Australian apples.
His Activated Phenolics technology is now used across supplements, skincare and pantry products sold in Australia and overseas.
“We have the best apples in the world,” Dr Vincent said.
“Australian-grown apples are clean, powerful and rich in natural phenolic compounds. We are proud to be taking that to a global audience.”
Dr Vincent said US buyers had responded strongly to clean, transparent and science-backed products.
“Americans are loving our products,” he said.
“They are looking for solutions that are natural, effective and backed by real science.”
The Vincent APSKIN range applies the same Activated Phenolics technology to supplements, skincare and body care.
“It’s about harnessing nature and elevating it with rigorous science,” he said.
The one-hour primetime segment will feature cleanser, cream, serum, mist and the brand’s signature “An Apple A Day” tablets.
For Dr Vincent, the launch is also a personal full-circle moment.
“Growing up in Indonesia, I learned English by watching television, including home shopping channels,” he said.
“Now as a proud Australian, scientist and business founder, to be on one of those channels, speaking to millions of viewers, is something I never imagined.”
Dr Vincent said the US expansion was part of a broader international growth strategy for Vincent and Renovatio.
“There is a global shift happening,” Dr Vincent said.
“Consumers want fewer chemicals, more authenticity and products backed by science.”
