Sydney, Nov 10: This November, Fitzroy’s acclaimed Cutler & Co. will host An Unhurried Christmas with Glengoyne—an intimate whisky masterclass led by Gordon Dundas, Glengoyne’s Global Brand Ambassador, visiting from Scotland for one night only.
The private dining room will be transformed into a whisky haven where guests will explore Glengoyne’s craft, character and complexity through a guided tasting.
Cutler’s kitchen will pair each pour with a seasonal menu designed to amplify the whiskies’ nuances, including Foie Gras Parfait Tart with Golden Raisin and Pistachio, Abrolhos Island Scallop with Montpellier Butter, and Wood-Grilled Beef Rib with Pickled Shallot and Wasabi Leaf.
With deep expertise in maturation, cask influence and distillation, Gordon Dundas is celebrated for masterclasses that blend storytelling with technical insight—bringing Glengoyne’s philosophy to life: the right way is the long way.
