Sydney, Oct 1: Segway-Ninebot has unveiled the Segway Max G3 eKickScooter, a premium commuter scooter that pairs extended range with a suite of stability and smart-connect features aimed at city riders and weekend explorers alike.
The Max G3 debuts with Segway’s new SegRange™ energy-management system, delivering up to 80km of range on a single charge. A revised powertrain accelerates from 0–25km/h in 2.4 seconds and tackles 30% gradients, while the SegRide™ Stability System is designed to enhance grip and control on slippery surfaces and through sharp turns.
Hardware upgrades include 11-inch self-sealing tyres to reduce punctures and dual disc brakes for confident stopping. On the cockpit, a smart TFT display surfaces turn-by-turn directions, real-time ride stats and incoming call notifications. The scooter also integrates with Apple Find My for location tracking and connects to the Segway app for firmware updates, ride modes and anti-theft settings.
