Kuala Lumpur, Sept 22: Singapore’s fastest-growing comfort footwear brand, Sunday Staples, has officially opened its first Malaysian store at Pavilion Bukit Jalil, marking a major milestone in its regional expansion. Founded by Cherriann Wong as a home-based project, the brand has grown rapidly, selling over 200,000 pairs in just five years and establishing four retail outlets in Singapore.
Best known for its signature Cloud Series, Sunday Staples blends comfort, functionality, and feminine style, offering versatile footwear in neutral tones.
The Cloud Series is especially popular for its ultra-soft, bouncy padding that supports all-day wear within a slim, elegant silhouette.
Founder Cherriann Wong said the brand identified a strong demand in Malaysia for shoes that balance comfort with style.
While Sunday Staples has already built a loyal Malaysian following online, the new store gives customers the chance to experience its products in person.
The footwear line also incorporates durable, climate-appropriate materials such as Microfibre Leather, along with newly introduced Waterproof Linen, Satin, and Suede—designed to withstand Malaysia’s humidity.
Features like soft straps, extra heel padding, Flyknit uppers, and low or block heel options further tailor the shoes for Asian feet and long days.
The Pavilion Bukit Jalil store (Level 3-64, Pink Zone) is now open, offering Malaysian shoppers a closer look at the brand’s blend of comfort and style.
