When I first heard about it, I was intrigued to learn that this skincare line had scored a loyal following since its launch in 2020. I recently got my hands on Vincent Skincare—developed by Dr. Vincent Candrawinata—and tried it for myself.
The range I tested includes a facial cleanser, serum, and face cream.
It’s a simple three-step routine, clearly labelled with numbers one, two, and three, making it very user-friendly. The packaging is clean and straightforward—great for someone like me who appreciates minimal fuss in a skincare routine.
Honestly, if it weren’t for the numbering, I would’ve mistakenly used the serum last, after the face cream.
The face wash left my skin feeling smooth and silky—none of that tight, overly dry feeling some cleansers tend to give. It felt refreshing and gentle, which I really liked.
After cleansing, I applied the face cream, which absorbed well without feeling greasy.
I initially skipped the serum out of habit, only to realise later that it should’ve come right after the cleanser.
Once I corrected the order and began using the serum properly, I noticed my skin felt more hydrated and plump throughout the day.
What impressed me most was how the skincare worked in two very different climates—I used it both in Malaysia’s humid heat and in Australia’s cooler, drier air. In both places, it held up beautifully.
One clear improvement: the dry, flaky skin around my nose—usually a stubborn issue—completely cleared up. That alone makes it a win in my book.
Overall, Vincent Skincare is a solid choice for those looking for a no-nonsense routine that delivers visible results. With its clear instructions, gentle formulations, and thoughtful packaging, it’s an ideal entry point into skincare—especially for busy individuals who want results without overcomplicating their routine.
