Sydney, Feb 26: Adobe (Nasdaq: ADBE) has launched Photoshop on mobile, making its powerful image editing and design tools available on iPhones, with an Android version set to follow later this year.
The new app offers Photoshop’s core capabilities, including layering, masking, and Adobe Firefly-powered generative AI tools, in a mobile-friendly format. It aims to empower a new generation of creators and provide established users with greater flexibility to edit and design on the go.
With seamless integration across desktop, web, and iPad, the mobile app allows users to capture ideas, make edits, and manage projects from anywhere.

The introduction of a Photoshop Mobile and Web plan further enhances creative workflows with tools for precise selections, advanced color corrections, and commercial AI features.
Ashley Still, Adobe’s senior vice president of digital media, highlighted the app’s role in expanding access to Photoshop’s capabilities.
The free iPhone app offers premium upgrades starting at $7.99 per month or $69.99 annually, granting users additional features on mobile, iPad, and web. Existing Photoshop subscribers will automatically gain access to the mobile version.
Photoshop on iPhone is available now via the Apple App Store, with Android support coming later in 2025.
