TOPVISION IPO Oversubscribed
TOPVISION Eye Specialist Berhad’s public offering, held in conjunction with its transfer from the LEAP Market to the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, was oversubscribed by 58.69 times, attracting strong investor interest.
The public issue included 54.22 million new ordinary shares allocated across categories: 15.49 million for the Malaysian public, 4.80 million for eligible individuals, and 33.93 million for institutional and selected investors.
The offering received 16,671 applications for 924,756,100 shares, reflecting high demand across Bumiputera, non-Bumiputera, and institutional segments.
Proceeds from the RM17.89 million raised will support the expansion of TOPVISION’s service network and the establishment of a multidisciplinary specialist tertiary eye center.
TOPVISION is set to debut on the ACE Market on 16 December 2024, with Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad serving as Principal Adviser, Sponsor, Sole Underwriter, and Sole Bookrunner.
Takeda Boosts Dengue Prevention

Propel Global Berhad successfully concluded its Fourth Annual General Meeting (AGM) today, with all resolutions passed. Colform Signs IPO Deal
Colform Group Berhad has signed an underwriting agreement with Mercury Securities Sdn. Bhd. for its upcoming IPO on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia.
The IPO will involve the issuance of 114.42 million new shares, representing 19.07 per cent of Colform’s enlarged share capital, and 54 million shares offered for sale, representing 9.00 per cent.
Shares will be allocated to the Malaysian public, eligible persons, selected investors, and Bumiputera investors approved by MITI.
Mercury Securities will underwrite 36 million shares for the public and eligible persons. This IPO marks a milestone for Colform in expanding its steel solutions and brand presence.

Sarawak Media Night

The Sarawak Tourism Board (STB) celebrated its invaluable media partners during Media Night 2024, themed “The Soul of Sarawak.” Held at Imperial Hotel, Kuching, the event welcomed over 150 media representatives from Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia, Taiwan, and France to recognize their contributions in promoting Sarawak’s tourism.
The evening highlighted Sarawak’s Culture, Adventure, Nature, Food, and Festivals (CANFF) pillars, offering guests a vibrant program featuring traditional performances, local cuisine, and a celebration of the media’s collaborative role in showcasing the state’s unique attractions.
