Sydney, Oct 28: Exotic Bazaar is introducing Middle Eastern Mondays with a new range of meal bases designed to make Middle Eastern cooking easy, fast, and accessible to Australian kitchens.
These meal bases offer a convenient way to explore the region’s flavors with minimal effort, bringing the concept of themed dining, similar to Taco Tuesdays, to Mondays.
The five meal bases cover flavors from four regions of the Middle East, featuring Persian Walnut Chicken, Tunisian Shakshuka, Turkish-Style Meatballs, Moroccan Tagine, and Persian Herb Stew.

With just two extra ingredients, each dish can be prepared in under 30 minutes, providing a quick way to enjoy authentic Middle Eastern cuisine at the start of the week.
Founded by food entrepreneur Gilava Pour in 2019, Exotic Bazaar aims to blend tradition with innovation. Known for its Persian Love Cake, the brand now offers a solution for home cooks seeking to explore new tastes.
The meal bases are vegan- and vegetarian-friendly, with no added preservatives.
“Many Australians are unsure where to start when it comes to Middle Eastern cuisine, so I wanted to create the perfect solution,” Pour explained.
“Middle Eastern food philosophy is deeply rooted in health, focusing on nourishing the body.”
The meal bases will be available from 10 November 2024, with an RRP of $8.
To celebrate the launch, Exotic Bazaar is offering a 30 per cent discount on bundles of all five meal bases.
