SysAIU will manage the acquisition and maintenance of critical equipment such as GPUs, servers, and power supply units, ensuring top-tier performance and compliance.
Pinetop will provide expertise in AI Data Centre operations, software development, and GPU services, enabling cutting-edge functionality and future adaptability.
This partnership is set to drive innovation in AI and data processing technologies, reinforcing both companies’ positions in the digital economy.
The collaboration will focus on seamlessly integrating their expertise to meet the growing demand for AI-driven data solutions in Malaysia and beyond.
Systech Bhd’s share price closed at RM0.33 today, with a market capitalisation of RM212.70 million.
