Canon Unveils New MegaTank Printer

Kuala Lumpur, Aug 23: Canon Marketing Malaysia has launched the MegaTank G4780, a new refillable ink tank printer designed for small businesses and home offices. The printer features automatic duplex printing with an auto document feeder (ADF), high-yield ink tanks that print up to 6,000 monochrome and 7,700 colour pages, and a secure wireless connection. It also includes a user-friendly design with replaceable print heads and a 2.7-inch colour touchscreen. The MegaTank G4780 is available for RM 1,290 at authorised Canon dealers.

Sydney, Aug 22: Ring has introduced the next generation of its bestselling doorbell, the Ring Battery Video Doorbell, in Australia and New Zealand. The device offers Head-to-Toe HD video, Colour Night Vision, and a 23 per cent longer battery life. It also features a simplified push-pin installation and advanced privacy settings. Available for pre-order at $149 AUD and $169 NZD, it starts shipping on September 4.

Sydney, Aug 22: Epson has launched the ColorWorks C8010, a 4-inch color label printer designed for mid to high-volume batch runs in on-demand environments. With advanced connectivity options, including cloud printing, the C8010 allows businesses to print high-quality labels in real-time, reducing the need for pre-printed label stock.
The printer features PrecisionCore® Heat-Free technology, offering exceptional image quality and speeds of up to 30.48 cm per second. Durable UltraChrome® DL pigment inks ensure long-lasting labels that resist smudging and fading, while high-capacity ink packs minimise maintenance.
The ColorWorks C8010 is now available in Australia and New Zealand through Epson’s authorised partners, with a 1-year exchange warranty and extended service plans up to three years.
