Murky Divers Release Date Announced
Embers and OrO Interactive announced their new co-op comedy horror game, Murky Divers, set to release on June 19th.
Combining elements of Lethal Company and Subnautica, players pilot submarines to explore dangerous wrecks and destroy evidence of unethical experiments.
In the game, players navigate using sonar, avoiding hazards like police and krakens.
Credits earned from previous missions can be spent on items and modules to aid in future expeditions. Upon reaching a wreck, players dive into perilous environments to retrieve and destroy incriminating evidence.
“We’re really excited for the launch of Murky Divers on June 19th,” said Damien from Embers and Sam from OrO Interactive.
“We can’t wait to see people’s reactions when they dive into the creepy, claustrophobic underwater world we’ve created. There are lots of ‘things’ eagerly waiting for their arrival.”
Trash Goblin Demo Live
Indie developer Spilt Milk Studios is premiering the ‘Upcycling’ feature in the new demo for their upcoming wholesome shopkeeping game, Trash Goblin, on Steam.
The demo is part of Cozy & Family Friendly Games Celebration 2024, running from May 30th to June 2nd, brought to you by rokaplay.
In Trash Goblin, players restore and upcycle trinkets, turning them into unique items to sell.
Customize goods to meet the requests of various customers and grow your business by upgrading your shop and expanding to new districts.
The demo offers over 90 minutes of gameplay with over two dozen trinkets to upcycle.
“We’re so excited for people to finally be able to play with Upcycling in this fresh new demo of Trash Goblin,” said Spilt Milk Creative Director Andrew Smith.
“We can’t wait to see all the shiny, weird creative combos of trinkets people come up with, and we’re looking forward to hearing player feedback as this will be the first time this build of Trash Goblin, which introduces the upcycling feature, has been publicly playable. This allows players to connect and combine trinkets. There are 48 Trinkets to play with, so with upcycling there are north of 1,000 combinations players can discover!”
