Sydney, April 5: Gozney is bringing back its renowned series of outdoor supper clubs, the Proof Supper Club, with an even more ambitious lineup and additional destinations.
This year, culinary aficionados in Australia are in for a treat as the series makes stops in Sydney and Melbourne, featuring dinners hosted by celebrated chefs Analiese Gregory and Matt Stone.
Building upon the success of the 2023 Secret Supper Club tour, which saw unforgettable dining experiences from mountain tops in Utah to cliff edges overlooking the Pacific Ocean, the 2024 series aims to captivate the senses and imaginations of its guests even further.
The tour promises a unique blend of unexpected locations ranging from urban hideaways to secluded natural landscapes, where attendees can indulge in an evening of wild outdoor dining.
Last year’s tour dazzled Sydney with a resurrection of LP’s Quality Meats for one night, where guests enjoyed a spectacular menu that quickly sold out in record time.
This year, the Proof Supper Club is adding Melbourne to its Australian itinerary, ensuring an even broader audience can experience these exclusive culinary events.
Tickets are priced at $150 per person, offering an intimate multi-course dinner with drink pairings. Sydney’s event is scheduled for Thursday, 14th November 2024, followed by Melbourne’s on Thursday, 30th January 2025.

The Melbourne event will see Matt Stone, a pioneer of sustainable cooking in Australia, taking the helm. Stone’s commitment to minimal waste and creativity has made waves from the West Coast to Byron Bay and the Yarra Valley. His return to Melbourne for this event promises an exciting finale to the tour, with innovative dishes prepared in a surprise location.
The 2024 Proof Supper Club tour will span seven cities globally, including LA, London, Berlin, New York, and San Francisco, before concluding in Melbourne.

Registration for tickets is open, with sales commencing at 9am AEDT on 15th October for Sydney and 3rd December for Melbourne.
