Kuala Lumpur, Jan 26: KJTS Group Berhad, a leading provider of building support services in Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore, today celebrated its successful debut on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
Opening at RM0.44 per share, the company’s shares saw an impressive 62.96 per cent rise from the IPO price of RM0.27.
Listed under the ticker “KJTS” and bearing the stock code “0293,” KJTS Group specializes in cooling energy management, cleaning, and facilities management services.
The company is recognized in the building support industry for its in-house engineering skills and a strong commitment to sustainability.
This dedication has been pivotal in delivering premium services and aiding clients in achieving their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals, notably in reducing carbon dioxide emissions.
The initial public offering (IPO) of KJTS Group Berhad was a resounding success, raising a total of RM58.87 million.
This capital is allocated for various strategic initiatives: RM44.92 million is earmarked for expanding the cooling energy sector and office developments in Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore.
Additionally, RM8.12 million will bolster working capital, and RM5.83 million is set aside for covering the listing expenses.
