Tel Aviv, Jan 23: Sensibo, a leader in Climate Tech IoT, has announced a significant upgrade to its smart heating and cooling devices.
The company is integrating an advanced AI Assistant, powered by OpenAI’s ChatGPT, into its products. This new feature allows for a more interactive and personalized experience, going beyond simple commands to understanding and reacting to complex user requests and intentions.
Incorporating Large Language Models (LLMs), the AI Assistant enables users to control their HVAC systems through Sensibo’s cloud with enhanced efficiency.

This marks a considerable advancement in smart home technology, offering users an interactive way to manage climate environments.
The integration follows Sensibo’s initial use of ChatGPT in 2023, which provided automated AC scheduling and personalized climate recommendations based on user behavior.
The latest version of the AI assistant promises more sophisticated capabilities, potentially leading to over 40 per cent energy savings.
Sensibo, co-founded by Omer Enbar and Ran Roth, focuses on smart climate management solutions. The company’s products are designed to reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions, addressing the fact that heating and cooling devices account for about 25 per cent of global energy use.

With over 250,000 users worldwide, Sensibo’s innovative approach has been recognized in the TIME Best Inventions list for 2023 and the HVR awards’ Net Zero Hero category.
The new AI Assistant will be available in Sensibo’s range of products, including Sensibo Sky, Air, Air Pro, Elements, and Blaze, all compatible with major smart home ecosystems like Google Assistant, Alexa, Siri, and Apple HomeKit.
