Kuala Lumpur, July 6: Aneka Jaringan Holdings Berhad is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Aneka Jaringan Sdn. Bhd. has been awarded a significant contract by Coneff Corporation Sdn. Bhd. The contract, dated 3 July 2023, entails the construction of the Rumah Wilayah Keluarga Malaysia (RUMAWIP) project.
The RUMAWIP project involves extensive construction responsibilities, including earthworks, piling, pile caps works, and retaining walls for two blocks of RUMAWIP apartments. The project encompasses a total of 1,010 units and offers a wide range of amenities, such as a main lobby, management office, kindergarten, shops, laundry facilities, parking spaces, M&E room, multipurpose hall, and a facilities podium with a swimming pool, among others.
Valued at RM22.16 million, the project is scheduled to commence on 15 July 2023 and is expected to be completed by 14 May 2024.

Aneka Jaringan assures that the acceptance of this contract will not impact the share capital or shareholding structure of the company. However, it is projected to make a positive contribution to the Group’s consolidated earnings and net assets for the financial years ending 31 August 2023 (“FY2023”) and 31 August 2024 (“FY2024”). This initiative aligns with Aneka Jaringan’s objective of sustainable profitability, stakeholder value, and enhancing the quality of urban living through responsible construction practices.
To date, Aneka Jaringan has successfully secured a total of RM304.9 million in new projects. The Malaysian operations contributed RM288.6 million, while the Indonesian operations contributed RM16.3 million.
