Australian Retailer, Jeanswest, has taken the top spot for Clothing Store of the Year 2020 in the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards.
In a statement, Jeanswest managing director George Yeung said the win was a reflection of the high standards of the team across the country, even under the most challenging of circumstances in 2020.
“2020 was a tough year for retail,” said George.
Our focus was to ensure that customer satisfaction continued to be at the core of everything we do as a business.
“To win this award means a great deal to the Jeanswest team, who are always working to make sure our customers have a great experience and always get that great Jeanswest fit.”
With the announcement originally planned for later this month at a Gala Event, organisers moved to release the results early today, which was great news for the retailer.
Roy Morgan collected data from 50,000 people throughout Australia to determine each industry’s most exceptional company for customer satisfaction for 2020.
Jeanswest with 104 stores across Australia outperformed other retailers such as Cotton On, Just Jeans, Rivers, Rockmans and Zara for the award.
The company previously won the Roy Morgan customer satisfaction awards in 2016 and 2017.
Recently opening the doors to three new locations with three more planned to open in 2021, Jeanswest is committed to providing the highest quality denim at prices that lead the market, serviced always by a passionate and friendly team.
