For those who missed savouring delicacies during the fasting month, Impiana KLCC Hotel is dishing out recipes handed down from generations with ‘Selera Ramadan’.
The culinary team led by the Executive Chef, Chef Mazlee Abdul Rahman has tirelessly worked out an extensive menu for the indulgence of their guests.
Selera Ramadan features dishes mastered over the years and primarily from family recipes.
Dig into signature dishes made with only the best quality spices, bringing out the originality of Malaysian food.
Among the highlights are the Sup Gear Box made with special and quality herbs and spices, Briyani Gam Ayam and Kambing, Kari Kepala Ikan Merah Palembang, Asam Pedas Ekor Lembu Selatan, Kuzi Selangka Kambing Istimewa, Telur Itik Serati Masak Lemak, Kari Aneka Hasil Lautan, Marinated Roasted Lamb and much more.
Visitors would be able to saviour their favourite delights at the hotel’s live stalls and cooking stations that are made to order.
Indulge also at the ‘Live Fruit Harvesting’ section which comprises local fresh fruits and not forgetting Malaysian’s favourite local king fruit, the Durian.
The month-long Ramadhan buffet from April 13 until May 13 runs daily from 6.30 pm to 10.00 pm.
The rates are RM158.00 nett per adult and RM79.00 nett per child between 6 – 11 years old.
Kids aged below 6 years eat for free.
A 30 per cent discount is offered for bookings made on the first and last three days of the buffet period.
