Carsome Opens First Academy-Based Inspection Centre

Transport Minister Anthony Loke Siew Fook shakes hands with staff during his visit to Carsome Academy’s new M.V.15 inspection centre in Sungai Buloh.

Carsome Academy launched Malaysia’s first academy-based M.V.15 vehicle inspection centre in Sungai Buloh on September 14, 2026. The centre was officially opened by Transport Minister Anthony Loke Siew Fook.
The facility combines professional vehicle inspection services with Carsome Academy’s Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programme, training inspectors certified under Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) Level 3 for Motor Vehicle Inspection. It builds on Carsome’s decade-long track record of a 99% first-time pass rate for JPJ-compliant inspections.
Designed to ease congestion and limited inspection slots in the Klang Valley, the centre can handle up to 90 inspections a day, or roughly 2,300 a month, with results integrated directly into JPJ’s system and digital appointment booking available.
Carsome Academy CEO and Carsome Group co-founder Teoh Jiun Ee said: “Kepercayaan terhadap pemeriksaan kenderaan dibina atas kecekapan dan ketelusan.
The centre, located at Carsome Dealer Hub in Sungai Buloh, operates Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
