Fusion Signage, Integrate Mark Decade Together

A Fusion Signage-powered digital kiosk at Integrate Expo displays partner and sponsor branding, part of the consistent visual identity the company delivers across every screen at the ICC Sydney venue.

Integrate Expo and Fusion Signage are marking ten years of partnership, with the Australian-owned digital signage software specialist serving as the trade show’s Premier Software Partner and delivering event content across the Integrate Expo floor at ICC Sydney. The partnership continues through the 2026 edition of the show, running from 2 to 4 September.
Fusion Signage co-founder Emily Ingram said, “A successful decade-long partnership in this industry is rare and for us it signals something deeper than a vendor arrangement. We’re not just a supplier to Integrate, we’re embedded in the experience. We’ve evolved with the show, with the broader digital signage market and with their team. The relationship with Soren, Deb and their Diversified Australia team is one we genuinely value. We’re all the same real, honest people year on year and I think that consistency is a big part of why this has worked so well for ten years.”
Fusion Signage’s content spans entrance blades, foyer and registration screens, interactive kiosks, concourse LED panels and bar screens, guiding attendees through the venue, promoting sponsor and exhibitor messaging, and maintaining a consistent visual identity across all displays.
Soren Norgaard, Event Director for Integrate, said, “When you walk into Integrate, the signage is the first thing that tells you you’ve arrived somewhere serious, somewhere well-run and somewhere the experience has been designed. Fusion Signage has been delivering that for ten years and the reason the partnership has lasted is that they understand what we’re trying to create for the people who come through the doors. It’s not just about putting content on screens, it’s about moving thousands of people through a venue clearly, giving our sponsors the visibility they’ve paid for and making the whole event feel cohesive. That’s a hard thing to do well and Fusion do it well, year after year.”
The relationship extends beyond Integrate to other Diversified Australia-run shows, including Security, Fire Security, Fine Food Australia, Energy Exchange Australia, FoodPro and FoodTech.
