Run For Women’s Shelters

Sydney, Dec 1: Flow Athletic will host its annual “Flow Athletic Fun Run” in Centennial Park on Sunday, December 7, 2025, from 6.15am, offering 5km and 10km courses through the park.
The first 100 people to register will receive a goodie bag including a Flow x Hyro Running Singlet and products from Hyro, Nagnata, Re Your Run, XtraClubs, True Protein and more.
All proceeds will support Women’s Community Shelters, which provides safety and support to women and children escaping domestic violence and homelessness.
A public booking link is available for registrations, and limited media passes are also on offer.

Free Sauna Week

Sydney, Dec 1: XtraClubs is offering one week of free saunas at its new Marrickville location from 8–12 December 2025, ahead of the club’s official launch on 13 December.

Axe-Throwing Nights With A Twist

Sydney, Dec 1: MANIAX is turning up the heat this summer with two high-energy experiences across Melbourne and Sydney, blending axe throwing with neon party vibes and creative workshops for those after a fresh night out.
In Melbourne, Glow & Throw transforms MANIAX Knox into a vibrant, blacklight-soaked playground, complete with glowing targets, music and a party atmosphere that continues post-throw with cocktails and food in the bar and dining areas.
Meanwhile, INK & DRINK x MANIAX in Sydney and Melbourne combines 30 minutes of axe throwing with a two-hour tattoo art workshop on synthetic practice skin, guided by experienced instructors from Ink and Drink. All materials are supplied and guests leave with their own custom artwork, making it a hands-on, high-adrenaline creative night out.
