Sydney, Aug 19: Adobe has launched Acrobat Studio, a new platform that blends Acrobat, Adobe Express and AI agents into a single workspace designed to transform how people work with documents. The release reimagines the PDF, shifting it from a static file format into an interactive hub for insights, collaboration and content creation.
The centerpiece of Acrobat Studio is PDF Spaces, which allows users to turn collections of PDFs, files and websites into conversational knowledge hubs. Powered by customizable AI Assistants that can act as instructors, analysts or even entertainers, PDF Spaces enables users to ask questions, surface recommendations and synthesize information with citations they can trust.
“Acrobat Studio is the place where your best work comes together, uniting the productivity of Acrobat, the creative power of Adobe Express and the value of AI to empower you to work smarter and faster,” said Abhigyan Modi, senior vice president, Document Product Group.
Alongside AI-driven insights, Acrobat Studio integrates Adobe Express Premium so users can quickly convert findings into polished visuals such as infographics, presentations and social media content. Adobe Firefly’s text-to-image and text-to-video tools are also built in, making it possible to move from research to creative output without switching platforms.
The service consolidates Acrobat’s long-standing PDF tools — editing, scanning, combining and e-signing — while adding new AI features for summarizing scanned documents and contracts. Adobe emphasizes enterprise-grade security, noting that Acrobat Studio only analyzes documents users choose to share and does not use customer data to train its AI models.
Acrobat Studio is available globally starting today in English. Pricing begins at $24.99 per month for individuals and $29.99 for teams, with a 14-day free trial offering unlimited access to PDF Spaces, AI Assistants and Adobe Express Premium.
