Grill’d Burgers Hit Coles

Sydney, Aug 7: After more than two decades of flipping burgers in-store, Aussie favourite Grill’d has launched its first-ever retail range, making its signature burger patties available for home cooks across the country.
In an exclusive partnership with Coles, Grill’d has released a trio of premium beef burger patties now available nationally in the supermarket’s meat department and online. Starting at just $8 for a two-pack, the new range brings the signature Grill’d flavour and health credentials straight from restaurant kitchens to home grills.
The move comes as Coles research reveals more than half of Australians are keen to recreate restaurant-style meals at home, with ‘familiar taste’ ranked as the top driver behind meal choice.
Grill’d Founder and Managing Director Simon Crowe said the launch marks a major milestone for the brand.
“For over two decades, Aussies have loved coming into Grill’d restaurants for healthy burgers that taste good and do good,” said Crowe. “This next chapter in our story is very exciting as we take our products into people’s homes.”
With 174 restaurants across Australia and several new locations on the horizon for 2025, Grill’d is continuing to grow — and now, through Coles, they’re expanding beyond dine-in experiences.
“We’re proud to take the next step in our mission: to make our healthy, delicious burgers accessible to all Australians,” Crowe added.
Coles Chief Commercial Officer Anna Croft welcomed the collaboration, highlighting the supermarket’s focus on customer needs.
“Our customers are telling us they’re cooking more at home and want easy, restaurant-quality meals,” said Croft. “We’re excited to join forces with Grill’d to offer a premium burger range that delivers just that — exclusively at Coles.”
Croft said the new products align with Coles’ commitment to value, quality, and innovation. As part of the launch, the Grill’d range will be offered at a special introductory price of $1 off the regular price for the first four weeks.
The new Grill’d retail range includes:

  • Grill’d Signature Beef Burgers (2-pack) – 100% Aussie grass-fed beef, $8.00
  • Grill’d Premium Wagyu Burgers with Caramelised Onion (2-pack) – Juicy wagyu with a hint of sweetness, $10.00
  • Grill’d Signature Beef Burgers (4-pack) – Family-size value pack, $12.50 (available in selected stores)

All burgers are gluten-free, hormone-free, and antibiotic-free — continuing the brand’s commitment to clean, better-for-you ingredients.
Each pack also includes a ‘Local Matters’ token, allowing customers to support community initiatives. As part of the launch, Grill’d will donate $10,000 this month to Coles community partners selected by customer votes.
The new range is available from today, Wednesday August 6, in Coles supermarkets nationwide and online at coles.com.au.
