Kuala Lumpur, Jan 11: Malaysian digital payments company Paydibs has officially relaunched with a revitalised brand, leadership team, and tech platform aimed at empowering merchants and SMEs. The relaunch includes new features such as an all-in-one QR and card payment device, faster payout cycles (T+1 and same-day options), and embedded financing options for eligible merchants.
The company has also partnered with MCash to offer bill payment and reload services via its terminals, creating added value at the point of sale. With direct connections to national payment rails and acquiring banks, Paydibs is offering streamlined, cost-effective transactions and is positioning itself as a full-spectrum fintech partner.
Paydibs has also been appointed as a Digital Partner under the BSN MSME MADANI grant, further cementing its role in advancing financial inclusion and digital adoption for underserved businesses.

Kuching, June 11: Sarawak Consolidated Industries Berhad (SCIB) has announced a significant board reshuffle to strengthen its strategic direction and governance. The company confirmed the resignation of Independent Non-Executive Chairman Dato’ Sri Zaini Bin Jass and three Independent Non-Executive Directors.
Datuk Chong Loong Men has been appointed as the new Executive Chairman. With a strong legal and regulatory background, Datuk Chong is expected to guide SCIB’s next phase of sustainable growth.
Joining the board are two new Independent Non-Executive Directors: Ms. Tan Li Peng, a corporate law expert with over 15 years of experience, and Mr. Leow Wey Seng, who brings expertise in assurance, advisory, and operational leadership.
The board expressed confidence in the new leadership team’s ability to drive SCIB’s strategic initiatives and long-term value creation.

Kuala Lumpur, June 11: June 1EPB Group Berhad successfully held its third Annual General Meeting at Iconic Hotel in Bukit Mertajam, where all resolutions were unanimously approved by shareholders. This includes the adoption of the audited financial statements for FY2024, approval of directors’ fees and benefits, re-election of directors, re-appointment of auditors, and authorisation to issue new shares.
The strong support comes after a transformative year for the Group, highlighted by its ACE Market listing, strategic land acquisition, and growing regional market presence in ASEAN. EPB is focused on advancing its automation-driven solutions, particularly robotics-integrated machinery, and expanding its production capacity with a new facility underway in Penang.
The Group reaffirmed its commitment to sustainable growth, operational excellence, and creating long-term value for shareholders.

Kuala Lumpur, June 12: Kewpie Malaysia is celebrating the 100th anniversary of Kewpie Mayonnaise with a series of nationwide activities blending education, culinary innovation, and consumer engagement.
The brand has partnered with SEGi University to support student talent and collaborated with Fei Fei Crab Restaurant on a limited-time fusion menu.
A highlight of the campaign is the “Kewpie 100th Years Mayonnaise Contest,” running from 31 May to 24 August 2025, where Malaysians can submit creative dishes using Kewpie Mayonnaise for a chance to win a trip to Japan.
The centennial celebration underscores Kewpie’s legacy of quality, innovation, and community since its founding in Japan in 1925.
