Sydney, April 28: In today’s fast-paced world of dating apps and relationship challenges, Elizabeth Jane, a respected wellbeing and mindfulness keynote speaker, relationship thought leader, celebrated artist, and best-selling author of Free and First – Unlocking Your Ultimate Life, is encouraging Australians to focus inward to attract the love they truly deserve.
After rebuilding her life following a sudden divorce after 25 years of marriage, Jane now uses her personal journey from heartbreak to healing to inspire others to reclaim their power and create meaningful relationships based on self-worth and authenticity.
“The quality of our relationships mirrors the quality of our relationship with ourselves,” Jane said.
“When we begin to honour who we are, everything shifts, especially the people we attract.”
Through her speaking engagements, writing, and insights, Jane shares practical tools to help individuals attract the right partner – not by searching for love, but by becoming the love they seek themselves.
Jane has outlined her top tips to help people attract the perfect partner in 2025:
“Before you can attract someone who sees your worth, you must recognise it yourself. Set boundaries, honour your values and treat yourself with the same kindness and respect you desire in a partner. You teach others how to treat you by how you treat yourself,” Jane said.

“How you feel is what you attract. If you’re holding onto pain, fear or insecurity, you’ll likely draw in relationships that mirror those feelings. The work begins on the inside. Heal the wounds, celebrate your strengths and let self-love become your foundation,” Jane said.
“Want someone confident, kind, grounded and emotionally intelligent? Then be that. We don’t attract what we want, we attract what we are. Embody the energy and values you wish to experience in a relationship. Be the version you want to attract. You attract and manifest what corresponds to your inner state,” Jane said.
“Too often, we settle for relationships that leave us drained, confused or small. If someone or something doesn’t align with your happiness or your narrative, release it. You don’t need to justify your boundaries. If it doesn’t feel right, it isn’t right,” Jane said.
“Low-vibration people, habits and thoughts will block the connection you truly desire. Let go of the past, clear out stale beliefs and make room for something better. This includes physical space too. Decluttering your environment can signal to the universe that you’re ready for new beginnings,” Jane said.
“Avoiding or suppressing emotions keeps you stuck. Stop and feel everything, the sadness, the loneliness, the longing, and let it move through you. Healing only happens when we allow ourselves to feel. From that place, clarity, strength and joy emerge,” Jane said.
“Gratitude is one of the fastest ways to raise your vibration. Acknowledge what is good in your life right now, no matter how small. Positive thoughts are magnetic. The more you affirm your worth and visualise the love you want, the more aligned your energy becomes,” Jane said.
Jane stresses that being crystal clear about what you want and trusting that it’s possible is key. She encourages people to write down their desires, speak them aloud, visualise them, and trust the process.
“The perfect partner isn’t someone who completes you. They’re someone who meets you, fully, honestly and respectfully. And you’ll only meet them when you’re willing to meet yourself first,” Jane said.
