D-Link Unveils Multi-Gig Switch
Sydney, Feb 25: D-Link Australia has launched the DMS-3130-30PS, a 30-Port Stackable Multi-Gigabit PoE++ Layer 3 Switch, offering businesses an affordable upgrade path beyond 1Gb networking without the full cost of 10Gb infrastructure.
The switch features 16 2.5G PoE+ ports, 8 5G PoE++ ports, 2 10GBASE-T ports, and 4 25G SFP28 ports, with a total PoE budget of up to 960W. It supports advanced stacking of up to nine units and robust security features, making it ideal for enterprises managing mixed network environments.
With a 400Gbps switching capacity, the DMS-3130-30PS supports both L2 and L3 networking, providing flexibility for phased network upgrades. The device is now available in Australia (AU$8,199.95 RRP) and New Zealand (NZ$9,799.99 RRP) via D-Link partners and online stores.

Canon Expands EOS Programme
Kuala Lumpur, Feb 25: Canon Marketing Malaysia has expanded its EOS Master Programme with the introduction of EOS Mentors, a second-tier category aimed at enhancing mentorship and knowledge sharing within Malaysia’s photography and videography community.
First launched in 2023, the EOS Master initiative continues to assemble top photography professionals across various disciplines. The 2025 lineup includes 15 EOS Masters and 11 EOS Mentors, featuring experts in wedding, travel, wildlife, sports, and photojournalism, alongside content creators and influencers.

Logitech Unveils POWERPLAY 2
Sydney, Feb 25: Logitech G has announced POWERPLAY 2, an upgraded wireless charging mouse pad designed for uninterrupted gaming. The new version features a slimmer 3.5mm design and a 15 per cent larger charging area, ensuring continuous power for compatible Logitech G mice.
Using a low-frequency electromagnetic field and the POWERPLAY 2 Charging Coin, the system allows seamless charging while gaming without cable drag. The Coin can be swapped between supported mice, with compatibility expanding to 10 Logitech G models.
POWERPLAY 2 will be available from March 11, 2025, for $199.95 at major retailers.
