Available across IKEA’s 10 stores, 3 Plan and Order points, and online platform, this payment option enhances flexibility for Australians looking to furnish or renovate their spaces.

Logitech Eases Meeting Room Chaos

Logitech’s smart office tools bring order to hybrid workspaces, making room booking seamless and navigation effortless.

Logitech has introduced a new suite of Sync smart office tools designed to streamline room booking and enhance office navigation. The Auto Book and Auto Release features automatically manage room reservations, reducing lost time due to occupied or ghosted meeting spaces.
Additionally, Logitech View’s digital office maps provide real-time, interactive navigation within large office complexes.
According to a Steelcase Workplace Survey, nearly 40 per cent of employees lose up to 30 minutes daily searching for available meeting rooms, largely due to unbooked or misused spaces.
Logitech’s smart tools address this issue by auto-reserving rooms when employees start using them and releasing them if no one shows up, with recurring series canceled after repeated no-shows.
Logitech’s new Rally Bars feature AI-powered in-camera sensors to monitor room activity, allowing IT teams to track actual room usage.
“Logitech’s smart office tools are the not-so-secret weapon to bring predictability and detailed insights into these dynamic work environments,” said Henry Levak, VP of Product, Logitech for Business.
The Logitech View digital map solution, displayed via RoomMate on large monitors, offers quick, color-coded visibility of rooms, workstations, amenities, and exits.
Employees can book rooms or locate colleagues’ desks using the touchscreen interface.
For IT and facilities teams, Logitech Sync Insights provides detailed data on space and technology usage, supporting more efficient tech investments and space management.
Prakash Arunkundrum, Chief Operating Officer, notes, “Under-utilised and over-utilised rooms are bad news for the bottom line.”
With Logitech’s new tools, businesses can streamline workspace management and enhance productivity in the hybrid work environment.
