As Paul puts it, “If I was working this hard for myself, I knew I could make it somewhere. And I’d be a lot happier because it would be more rewarding.”
We’ll also discuss the moment he decided to leave his full-time job and take the leap into entrepreneurship, building a business from scratch without any buffer money, and the mindset that kept him going. “I didn’t have a backup plan,” Paul says. “I never wanted to work for anyone again.”
