Kuala Lumpur, Oct 3: Vertiv, a global leader in critical digital infrastructure and continuity solutions, has announced the appointment of Frank Poncheri as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Poncheri will report directly to CEO Giordano (Gio) Albertazzi and will be responsible for overseeing the company’s HR strategy, focusing on talent acquisition, employee development, and reinforcing Vertiv’s high-performance culture.
With over 15 years of experience in human resources and corporate strategy, Poncheri has a strong background in global employee development and talent management.

Prior to joining Vertiv, he held senior HR roles at Owens Corning, where he spent a decade working in both the United States and Finland. He also gained experience at GE Aerospace, following his completion of their HR Leadership Program.
Poncheri holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Labor Relations & Human Resources from The Ohio State University’s Max M. Fisher College of Business.
Albertazzi expressed confidence in Poncheri’s ability to cultivate a high-performing organization, essential to Vertiv’s continued innovation and industry leadership.
