Phantom Spark Racing Thrills

By June Ramli

I’ve been playing Phantom Spark for the past month, and let me tell you—it’s a total rush. If you’re a fan of fast-paced racing games that push your skills to the limit, this one will definitely keep you on the edge of your seat.
Released on August 15, 2024, Phantom Spark has been making waves for good reason, and after spending hours on it, I can see why.
What really drew me in right away was the incredible design of the three different racing worlds.
Each one has its own unique vibe, with stunning visuals that make you feel like you’re racing through another dimension.
But don’t get too distracted—the game gets challenging fast!
The domain champions you face in each world are tough, and beating them feels like a real achievement. Each victory unlocks new ships and tracks, which kept me wanting to push further.
I love how this game strikes a balance between being accessible but still challenging.
The controls are easy to pick up, but as I raced more, I found myself figuring out little tricks to get faster. Racing against ghost opponents was a cool feature that showed me where I could improve.

And trust me, I needed those instant restarts—they saved me from a lot of frustration when I wiped out and wanted to jump right back in without missing a beat.
The online multiplayer is a real game-changer. Competing against friends or players around the world adds a whole new level of excitement.
Chasing that spot on the global leaderboard had me coming back for “just one more race” more times than I’d like to admit. And if you have friends over, the split-screen mode for up to four players is a blast—just be prepared for some friendly rivalry!
I have to mention the soundtrack too—it’s seriously awesome. It’s not just background noise; it pulls you into the race and keeps you locked in.
I found myself tapping along to the beat as I zoomed through the courses, which just added to the immersive feel of the game.
With over 30 hand-built tracks, there’s no shortage of challenges to keep things interesting. Each track feels like it was designed to test your reflexes and racing skills.
Whether it’s mastering tight corners, managing your speed on straightaways, or nailing those tricky jumps, Phantom Spark constantly pushes you to improve.
In the end, Phantom Spark is one of those games that’s easy to pick up, but hard to put down.
Whether you’re playing solo or racing against friends, it’s an addictive experience that has you coming back for more.
For just $19.99, it’s available on Steam, Nintendo Switch, Xbox, and PlayStation, and it’s been well worth every minute I’ve spent on it.
If you’re into racing games with plenty of depth and a high replay factor, Phantom Spark is definitely worth checking out.
