Sydney, Sept 12: Adobe (Nasdaq: ADBE) previewed its latest generative AI advancements with the Firefly Video Model, a tool designed to enhance the creative process for video professionals.
Expanding on its current family of AI models, Firefly Video will soon offer new Text to Video and Image to Video features, allowing users to generate video content from text prompts and still images.
The Firefly Video Model will be integrated across Adobe’s Creative Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Adobe Express, providing seamless workflows for video editors.
The new tools, set to launch later this year, will be available on Firefly.Adobe.com and embedded into Premiere Pro, offering creative flexibility and efficiency for filmmakers.
Firefly’s video capabilities include powerful controls like camera angle, motion, and zoom, along with Generative Extend in Premiere Pro, allowing users to fill timeline gaps or enhance existing footage.
Adobe reassures users that the Firefly models are trained only on licensed content, maintaining a commercially safe environment for creators.
