Kuala Lumpur, Aug 26: Fingers Crispy Chicken Malaysia is celebrating its 10th anniversary by achieving a significant milestone: over 90 per cent of its restaurants in Malaysia are now Halal certified.
This accomplishment underscores the brand’s commitment to food safety, quality, and inclusivity, particularly for its Muslim customers.
The certification, granted in collaboration with The Hab Halal and the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM), ensures that all menu items meet stringent Halal standards.
4Fingers plans to continue expanding its Halal-certified footprint across the country while delighting customers with innovative offerings.

Siab Holdings Sees Profit

Kuala Lumpur, Aug 26: Siab Holdings Berhad reported its second consecutive profitable quarter in Q2 FY2024, with a gross profit of RM2.55 million, a significant turnaround from a gross loss of RM3.04 million in Q2 FY2023.
The company recorded a revenue of RM38.26 million, a decline from RM67.36 million in the previous year but a notable 45.7 per cent increase from Q1 FY2024, driven by ongoing projects.
Key contributions include the RM94.28 million Mahsuri Food factory and a RM106.80 million residential project.
The proposed name change to Taghill Holdings Berhad will be decided at an EGM on 18 September 2024.

Kuala Lumpur, Aug 26: The Saudi Tourism Authority (STA) is set to host its largest trade networking event, NUSUK, in Malaysia on 27 August at the Mandarin Oriental.
Over 40 Saudi stakeholders and 500 travel agencies from Malaysia and Southeast Asia will attend.
The event, attended by Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Hajj & Umrah, Dr. Tawfiq Fawzan AlRabiah, aims to engage with key travel partners to enhance Umrah experiences and promote broader Saudi destinations. STA will unveil collaborations, including a travel package by Andalusia and WeXpress, a Grab initiative for Umrah, and the launch of the Saudi-owned halal cruise line, Aroya Cruise.
Saudi is also introducing a free 96-hour Stopover Visa and an eVisa valid for up to 90 days. Visitors can explore more at the Saudi Travel Fair from 28 August – 1 September at IOI Putrajaya Mall.
