Lenovo Unveils AI Laptops

Sydney, June 19: Today, Lenovo launched the Lenovo Yoga Slim 7x and Lenovo ThinkPad T14s Gen 6, its first next-generation Copilot+ PCs powered by Snapdragon X Elite.
These new laptops mark Lenovo’s bold step into the AI PC era, promising enhanced personalisation, productivity, creativity, and security.
At the launch event, Lenovo made it clear: they’re aiming to outshine competitors like the MacBook M3, leveraging their advanced AI features.

Personal Account: During a media briefing today, Lenovo confidently stated that the Yoga Slim 7x and ThinkPad T14s Gen 6 are designed to surpass the MacBook M3 in several areas. However, when we got our hands on these devices, it was evident that the standout feature is the built-in Copilot+ capabilities, which function similarly to ChatGPT. This makes these laptops particularly appealing to content creators rather than the traditional business users Lenovo laptops are typically known for.
Powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X Elite processor, featuring the 12-core Qualcomm Oryon CPU, Qualcomm Adreno GPU, and a dedicated Qualcomm Hexagon NPU, these laptops deliver exceptional PC performance per watt and up to 45 trillion operations per second (TOPS).
Users can now access Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities even when offline, enhancing productivity and creativity seamlessly.

The AI-powered Lenovo Yoga Slim 7x allows creators to spend more time on their creative endeavors by reducing the time spent on editing and processing tasks. The Hexagon NPU in the Snapdragon X Elite processor provides onboard access to advanced features such as text-to-image and video editing, freeing up time for new creative projects. With advanced camera and call quality, lossless hi-definition audio, 4K streaming, and enhanced security, the Yoga Slim 7x combines power and efficiency for a seamless user experience.
Starting at just 2.82lbs (1.28kg) and as thin as 0.50” (12.9mm), the Lenovo Yoga Slim 7x features a vivid 14.5” 3K 90Hz PureSight OLED touch panel with both 100 per cent sRGB and P3 color gamut support.
