Doha, May 23: Qatar Airways’ destination management company, Discover Qatar, has announced the launch of its exclusive air tour, ‘Discover Doha by Air’.
This new offering allows travellers to explore Qatar’s iconic landmarks and stunning landscapes from the comfort of a light aircraft.
The ‘Discover Doha by Air’ tour is designed for adventure seekers and explorers who crave unique experiences.
The tour accommodates up to eight passengers in an air-conditioned Cessna 208 Caravan, a single-engine light turboprop utility aircraft.
Large windows provide ideal viewing opportunities, and onboard headphones ensure clear communication of the pilot’s commentary.

The 45-minute flight departs from Doha International Airport Premium Terminal. Passengers will enjoy aerial views of Al Thumama Stadium, Aspire Zone, Education City, Lusail Stadium, Al Bayt Stadium, and Thakira Mangrove Forest.
The tour continues with flybys over The Pearl Island, Al Safliya Island, Katara Cultural Village, West Bay, the Corniche, National Museum of Qatar, Museum of Islamic Art, and Stadium 974.
The first tour is scheduled for Thursday, June 27.
Tours are available from Thursday to Monday, with both morning and afternoon slots.
Guests can also pair their air tour with Discover Qatar return airport transfers to and from Doha International Airport Premium.
Additionally, the experience is available for passengers transiting for six or more hours at Hamad International Airport, starting at QAR 850, which includes private return transfers between Hamad International Airport and Doha International Airport Premium Terminal.
Bookings are now available at discoverqatar.qa/air, priced at QAR 710 for adults and children over two years of age, and free for children under two.
