Bali Airshow Champions Innovation

Singapore, April 25: The Bali International Airshow 2024 is setting the stage for innovation in the aerospace sector by welcoming startups and manufacturers from around the globe.
This event provides crucial exposure for emerging technologies and new products, aiming to overcome the industry’s typical entry barriers for newcomers.
Highlighting the event’s focus, two specialized pavilions will cater to unique industry needs. The Start-Up Pavilion, limited to 25 slots, targets innovative startups both locally and globally.
This area will emphasize showcasing top entrepreneurial talent, encouraging partnerships, and propelling product development and technological collaboration. To qualify, startups must be less than five years old with launched products or solutions.
Additionally, the New2Market Pavilion will offer a tailored platform for new manufacturers and solution providers aiming to enter the market. This space is designed to help exhibitors prominently feature their products, connect with potential clients and partners internationally, and confidently handle the intricacies of trade shows.
Andy Wismarsyah, CEO of PT Inaro Tujuh Belas, explained, “The New2Market Pavilion will serve as a gateway to market success, with a specific package tailored for new market entrants. This platform enables exhibitors to showcase their products, establish connections with prospective clients and partners on an international scale, and navigate the complexities of trade shows with confidence and ease.”
With over 80 per cent of the exhibition space already reserved by industry giants like Airbus and Pertamina, the event promises extensive networking opportunities that could benefit smaller players. The Bali International Airshow 2024 is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of aviation technology and aims to position Indonesia as a leader in aerospace innovation.
Wismarsyah further added, “Our commitment at the Bali International Airshow 2024 is to propel progress and redefine the future of flight through innovation. By providing a platform for startups and manufacturers to showcase their groundbreaking solutions, we aim to catalyze transformative advancements that push the boundaries of what is possible in the aerospace industry.”
Supported by multiple Indonesian ministries and featuring 10 country pavilions, the airshow not only serves as a platform for showcasing national capabilities but also enhances international relations. This initiative marks a significant stride towards fostering innovation and cooperation within the global aerospace industry.
