Lusy Hartanu, co-founder of KAMU, expressed the company’s dedication to enhancing workplace health and safety.
The award-winning boot range, designed to combat worker fatigue, musculoskeletal issues, and heat stress, is a testament to KAMU’s holistic approach to worker well-being and injury prevention.
The development of KAMU’s boots was a collaborative effort with footwear experts from Australia, Germany, and Indonesia, featuring a groundbreaking full-length anti-fatigue midsole crafted from Infinergy® by BASF.
This design not only boosts energy return and stability but also meets the highest SRC slip-resistance standards, thanks to its unique four-layer sole construction.
Factor Product, a design studio, played a crucial role in the boot’s design, achieving a perfect blend of biomechanical functionality, durability, lightweight construction, and striking aesthetics.
Boris Simon from Factor Product praised the collaboration for setting a new standard in personal protective equipment with a focus on fatigue prevention.
