Johor Bahru, Oct 20: Today, Peikko Group proudly celebrated the grand opening of its $10 million Euro manufacturing facility in Johor, Malaysia.
This momentous occasion marks a significant development for the company and the construction industry in the region.
Distinguished guests, including His Excellency Sami Leino, the Ambassador of Finland to Malaysia and Brunei Darussalam, and Pekka Laitinen, Commercial Counsellor, Region Head APAC, Embassy of Finland, jointly officiated the grand opening.
More than 80 key stakeholders representing customers, suppliers, partners, and government authorities also graced the event.
The festivities encompassed an opening ceremony, guided tours of the facility, and illuminating presentations, underscoring Peikko’s unwavering commitment to the Malaysian market.
The new facility, spanning approximately 3,000 square meters, is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and production lines.
This significant investment empowers Peikko to provide even more precise and professional services to its valued clientele. Leveraging its extensive expertise in precast and sustainable construction, this facility positions Peikko ideally to cater to the dynamic needs of markets in Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, and other Southeast Asian regions.
