Melbourne, Oct 9: Optus Sport has made its debut on PlayStation® 5, allowing avid football fans to stream top-notch football leagues, including the Premier League and Women’s Super League, directly on their gaming console.
This exciting addition comes as the Premier League and the new season of the Barclays Women’s Super League are in full swing.
Optus Sport also recently introduced “Women’s Football Wrap,” a weekly show recapping the best moments in women’s football.
Howard Rees, Head of Optus Sport, highlighted the great timing of this launch, coinciding with the Women’s Super League season.
Rees expressed excitement about following the journeys of Matildas heroes like Sam Kerr (Chelsea FC), Steph Catley (Arsenal), Mackenzie Arnold (West Ham United), Mary Fowler (Manchester City), and more.
