Tan’s career journey began as a Sales Executive, leading him to the position of Marketing Manager at a prominent luggage and travel goods company.
In 2001, he founded Impact Lifestyle Pte Limited, recognizing the trend in ergonomic children’s school bags and accessories.
This led to significant success, prompting him to launch Ergoworks in 2005.
Leveraging his expertise in marketing, engineering, and design, Tan introduced the first Asia Ergoworks flagship concept store, dedicated to professional, ergonomic, and posture care solutions.
Beyond work, Tan enjoys family activities and taking annual breaks to satisfy his wanderlust.
