Sydney, Sept 8: Patrick Darcy has been named Chief Executive Officer of Capability.Co, a human potential platform specializing in unlocking the full potential of employees.
Darcy, formerly Chief Product Officer and Chief Data & Technology Officer at Dentsu International, joins with the objective of securing investment capital and establishing strategic partnerships to expedite the company’s growth both in Australia and internationally.
Darcy’s responsibilities will also include expanding and diversifying Capability.Co’s client base, which already boasts blue-chip clients such as Telstra, ANZ Bank, the Victorian State Government, and Stockland.
Founded in 2020, Capability.Co offers innovative capability assessment tools and development solutions. The company has already played a pivotal role in transformative projects, including the Telstra Future Ready program and support for the Victorian Gambling and Casino Commission’s purpose-led transformation journey.
Mark Britt and Kate Britt, co-founders of Capability.Co, selected Darcy for the role. Darcy brings experience from his time at Australian Payments Plus, where he served as Chief Growth Officer for their digital innovation business, Cowry.
In this role, he led teams responsible for digital wallet solutions, digital identity services, and QR payments, delivering transformative payment solutions to clients like Coles.
Prior to his role at Australian Payments Plus, Darcy held leadership positions at Dentsu International, where he oversaw digital, data, and product teams, developed and launched new products, and grew digital product revenues.
Patrick Darcy expressed his commitment to Capability.Co’s mission to help individuals realize their full potential and contribute to societal change.
