Sydney, June 1: Zoom Video Communications, Inc. has appointed Bede Hackney as Head of Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) to lead and accelerate the company’s growth in the region. Hackney brings over 25 years of experience in managing high-growth companies and driving business growth.
Previously serving as Regional Vice President, ANZ for Databricks, he has held senior leadership positions at technology companies like Tenable, Nimble Storage, VMware, and Citrix.
Zoom’s Head of Asia Pacific, Ricky Kapur, expressed excitement about Hackney’s leadership in spearheading the next chapter of growth in ANZ and meeting the increasing demand for collaboration solutions.
In other exciting news, debt collection software provider Paycepaid has appointed David Howgate, a former executive at GoCardless, as its Head of Sales.

With extensive experience in the global payments industry, Howgate will focus on building Paycepaid’s go-to-market strategy and partnerships in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.
