Sydney, May 29: Leading non-alcoholic and Halal-certified wine alternative brand NON unveils NONHQ, the world’s first inaugural non-alcoholic cellar door based in Melbourne.
NONHQ, located in Victoria is a revolutionary new center where NON-Founder Aaron Trotman and his team meticulously design exceptional non-alcoholic liquids.
Through the deconstruction of real produce using culinary techniques, they create real drinks with no alcohol.
To provide an immersive experience, NONHQ offers intimate 10-person tours on the first Friday of every month.
Guests will embark on a journey to discover how NON’s first-class liquids are crafted by expert chefs, food scientists, bartenders, and winemakers.
This unique opportunity allows visitors to meet the makers and participate in a flavor workshop that unravels the reasoning behind the complex flavors.

The flavor workshop at NONHQ takes guests on a sensory journey, allowing them to explore each of NON’s seven distinct flavors, each with its own profile.
