Slim Quality Burgers, Australia’s latest fast food chain, is planning to expand its reach with more stores opening in Queensland and Victoria. Co-founder Nik Rollison shared that the scouting process has already started for locations in these regions, with Queensland stores offering an American-style drive-through experience.
The brand prides itself on providing a blast from the past with its fresh, made-to-order products that are meant to be quick.
Currently on its third store, Slim Quality Burgers is an Australian brand with an American-style twist.
The plan is to open two locations in Queensland that offer dine-in, take-away, and drive-through services.
The fast food chain is open to funding opportunities and aims to maintain ownership for as long as possible.
While expansion plans include New Zealand, the focus is currently on Victoria.
The QSR (quick service restaurant) market is dominated by KFC and McDonald’s, but Slim Quality Burgers aims to establish itself as a contender by maintaining consistent quality and a globally recognized perception.
Since its founding one and a half years ago, Slim Quality Burgers has made a name for itself with its fresh-made products.
The brand hopes to continue expanding while keeping quality at the forefront.
Slim Quality Burgers is a testament to the growing trend of fast food chains in Australia that offer a unique twist on classic American-style fast food.
In celebration of the new menu Blazin’ Combo – a bona fide feast featuring the Nashville-inspired Blazin’ Hot Chicken Burger, Inferno Fries, and Cherry Limeade, Slim’s Quality Burger is also running an online competition, giving away $50 Slim’s Quality Bucks every week for two months.
To enter, simply snap a picture of one of the new menu items and tag @slimsqualityburger for your chance to win.
The limited-time menu items pay homage to the tantalising flavours of the American South, bringing a taste of Nashville to Australia for customers at Slim’s Quality Burger locations in Mount Druitt, Marrickville, and Sydney CBD at Westfield Pitt Street Mall.
The Blazin’ Combo features the Nashville-inspired Blazin’ Hot Chicken Burger, Inferno Fries, and Cherry Limeade.
The burger stars a succulent, never-frozen Australian chicken breast, hand-crumb coated, flash-fried, and dunked again to achieve the perfect moistness before a final dusting of the signature cayenne spice blend and spritz of pickle brine.
The Inferno Fries take fresh-cut chips to new heights, sprinkled with Himalayan pink salt and topped with shredded cheddar cheese, spicy mayo, a dash of pickles, and a spray of pickle brine. To quench your thirst, the Cherry Limeade offers a refreshing twist on a classic, featuring fresh-squeezed lime juice, cherry syrup, and soda with tubelet-micro ice.
“We’re thrilled to bring the flavours of America’s South to our Australian customers,” Chef and Director of Food Greg Engelhardt said.
“Our limited-time menu items celebrate the rich culinary traditions found at diners and drive-ins across the United States.
“We can’t wait for our guests to experience the excitement and warmth of Nashville’s flavours right here at home.”
Visit any of the participating Slim’s Quality Burger locations from May to June and taste the Blazin’ Combo for yourself. To stay updated on future promotions, follow Slim’s Quality Burger on Instagram at @slimsqualityburger.
