Melbourne will host the Raclette Igloo event from May 19 to June 11.
The Igloo Raclette experience at this French cultural event delivers a traditional dish of melted cheese in a warm winter alpine setting.
Each of the 14 private igloos at the event is named after a well-known French ski resort.
The staff will welcome visitors and give instructions on how to consume raclette in French.
With a $99 deposit, visitors can reserve an igloo for a group of six or eight people until April 16th.
This ensures priority access to the best booking times and dates ahead to the release of the tickets on April 17th.
A variety of cured meats, boiled potatoes, pickled onions, and cornichons are also being sent directly from the Alps, along with the winter cuisine raclette, which is based on cheese.
The dinner will be complemented by a glass of mulled wine, and visitors can purchase French wines to go with the dish.
The celebration comes to a close with marshmallows roasting around a fire pit with loved ones, the ideal way to cap off an unforgettable dining experience.
Guests of this special event can expect to indulge in heaps of cheese while making lifelong memories. Say cheese to a unique French culinary experience by not passing up the opportunity.
