Perth, Feb 25: Luna has announced a major upgrade to the Luna Ring, positioning it as the world’s first wearable designed for natural voice interaction. The update transforms the device into a conversational health system, enabling users to engage with their health data through spoken commands grounded in live biometric tracking.
With the Luna 2.0 upgrade, users can log meals, supplements, caffeine intake, workouts, and subjective well-being instantly using voice, removing the need to navigate apps or screens. Luna says the feature is aimed at reducing friction commonly associated with health tracking, where insights often arrive too late or require effort-heavy manual input.
The upgrade also allows users to hold contextual conversations about sleep, recovery, stress, hormones, and performance. Responses are generated based on the wearer’s real-time biometric data combined with daily behavioural context captured by the Luna Ring.
“This marks a fundamental shift in what a wearable is,” said Amit Khatri, Founder at Luna.
“The Luna Ring no longer just measures the body. It understands context, connects daily behavior with biometrics, and communicates back in a way that fits naturally into real life.”
Luna 2.0 is available for purchase directly from Luna, priced at £299.
The launch reflects Luna’s broader strategy to move beyond traditional dashboards and metrics toward what it describes as ambient, conversational health intelligence — delivering real-time insights without disrupting daily routines.
Luna is a health-tech company focused on building an integrated ecosystem of hardware, software, and adaptive intelligence. Its platform is anchored by LifeOS, Luna’s health operating system designed to interpret biometric data across Luna devices and deliver personalised guidance on energy, circadian rhythm, and recovery.
